Welcome to Kent Way Apartments located at 5405 Kent Way located in 15201. Because of regulations, this building will be limited to 5 stories, and there will be no garage available. Each floor will have 3 large 2B apartments. Kent Way Apartments will be a medium walk to Lawrenceville shopping center, and access to 3 buses on Butler Street. Currently, there is a house with a sloping yard which makes it no good for outdoor spaces. The house will be deconstructed, and tore down. There will then be an apartment that will take up the whole space of the lot. The entry will be located at the top of the hill which is where the house’s current entry is at now. As with most of my apartments, Kent Way Apartments will have an elevator for those with disabilities or elderly. There is no garage at this site, and even if there were, it will be unfair to give a garage space to 1 or 2 households, and neglect everyone else.

Kent Way Apartments will include all of the utilities except telephone, and television. Most people have cellular phones these days, and those that would want a home phone will be allowed to assign their SIP^? account to line 1 of the WP810. If they need free television, they can attach an antenna to a Tablo, and connect the Tablo to the network connection for their smartTV. This will allow them to have resources that would otherwise not be available. However, they can also choose to have cable TV services, but this will be their choice. For cable TV, there will be a coaxial jack to plug the cable box in once they make the proper changes in the communications closet. If they aren’t comfortable with doing that, then they can request a house call.
