This will be the entry point for the building. One will enter into the building, and be first introduced to the public foyer. There will be a door for the office, and a hotel phone device for contacting the individual tenants. In the apper floors, there are just 3 units per floor, so it would be hard to mistakenly dial the inaccurate two digit number. Each apartment will have a 2 digit apartment number, and therefore a 2 digit extension number. The office is always 0, and the manager’s apartment will also have a 2 digit number.
Beyond the public foyer into the main portion of the building will be the mailboxes, elevator, and a door with the same color as the other apartments. This door will be for the building manager which all building managers have the ability to live in the building they work at. Those with a larger family might not benefit from this space though. The apartment manager will have their apartment in the rear of the building. This will allow the business end of the business to be in front while assure that there is sufficient housing for the manager.
Since the building is so small when it comes to households, this building will use city trash collection. The city of Pittsburgh includes trash pickup for most smaller number of households included with just being a resident of the city. You are required to properly recycle as required by the city of Pittsburgh’s trash collection service.
